Start a Remote Support Session

 

 

Remote support sessions are initiated by a ComputerLand employee. If you have been directed to this page by a ComputerLand employee, please complete the following steps. Otherwise contact your nearest ComputerLand location to request technical support case.

  

• Click the Download icon below to begin a remote support session.
 
The remote support agent will begin downloading. Click “YES” and/or “Allow” if asked.
 
• The remote support agent will automatically start and our remote engineer will assist you with your issue.
 
• The remote support agent will automatically remove itself when the session is finished. The remote support agent will leave no permanent files on your computer.
